Both Shirley & I love the beautiful 3D creation of the Black Hills you made for our great room in our mountain lodge. It captures all the beauty of the Hills that drew us here for retirement. The sky, clouds, sunrise, mountain splendor, rocks, water, trees, deer & eagle make such a great impression that seems dreamlike. We love the rich color hues of the sunrise, the patina and grinding marks on the mountains that give such depth. We are so delighted to be able to enjoy this beautiful art everyday that reminds of God’s spectacular creation. Thank you Shawn ever so much.

We hadn’t forgotten to send a picture of your beautiful creation in our home. We wanted to live with it a while. I hope we don’t offend your artistic vision, but we moved the stream down lower. We placed the stream in the original location for a week or 10 days, and it just seemed to get lost in the background on our large, pine wall.

As we told you, we looked for nearly two years for the right piece of art to place above the piano… and we are so grateful that you created it. We love it! We look forward to seeing you around the Hills.”
